	Remove/install
1	Relieve pressure in AIR BODY CONTROL system using the diagnostic system	Model 257 with code 489 (AIR BODY CONTROL) except code M005 (Vehicles with 4MATIC/all-wheel drive)
			AD00.00-P-2000-06FR
2	Remove front wheel		AR40.10-P-1102A
3	Remove suspension strut from spring control arm	Model 257 with code 489 (AIR BODY CONTROL) except code M005 (Vehicles with 4MATIC/all-wheel drive)
			AR32.25-P-1017FRA
		Carefully push suspension strut outwards. Otherwise the boot on the suspension strut joint may be damaged.
4	Unscrew nut (1)	Nut, torsion bar linkage to spring link	*BA32.35-P-1003-02B
5	Unscrew nut (2)	Counterhold torsion bar linkage (3) on elastomer bearing. Otherwise the elastomer bearing may be damaged.
		Nut, torsion bar linkage to stabilizer bar	*BA32.35-P-1002-02B
		Wrench SW 12	Fig 2
6	Turn steering and remove torsion bar linkage	When removing left torsion bar linkage (3) turn steering to left.
		When removing right torsion bar linkage (3), turn steering to right.
	Check
7	Check elastomer bearing of torsion bar linkage (3) for condition and damage	If a problem arises ↓
		Replace torsion bar linkage (3).
8	Check condition of torsion bar pivot bushing on spring link	If a problem arises ↓
		Replace spring link.	AR33.15-P-0170FR
9	Install in the reverse order
