	Risk of fire /risk of explosion due to short circuit and escaping oxyhydrogen gas. Risk of (burn) injury caused by caustic burns to eyes, skin and mucous membranes from battery electrolyte/mist, short circuit and arcing. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing battery electrolyte or absorption of lead through the skin or body orifices. Risk of death due to voltage U >= 30 V AC and U >= 60 V DC.	No fires, sparks, open flames, or smoking. Wear acid-resistant gloves, clothing, and glasses. Pour battery acid only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.	AS54.10-Z-0001-01A

	Remove/install
1.1	Disconnect battery ground line	Model 217.3	AR54.10-P-0003LF
1.2	Remove battery	Model 217.4	AR54.10-P-0005LCA
2	Remove trim (1)	Model 217.3	AR68.30-P-4600LC
3	Remove right trunk trim (2)	Model 217.3 When disconnecting ground line (4) of additional battery (5).	AR68.30-P-4600LC
4	Unscrew nut (3) and remove ground line (4) of additional battery (5) from ground point	Model 217.3 Cover connector of ground line (4) in order to prevent an unwanted ground connection. There is otherwise a risk of short circuit when removing the rear prefuse box (6). Rear additional battery ground point	*BA00.19-P-1010-01J
5	Unclip electrical line (7) from rear prefuse box (6)
6	Detach positive lines (8) from rear prefuse box (6)	The connections of the positive lines (8) are shape-coded. The number of positive lines (8) may depend on the vehicle equipment. Nut, positive terminal to rear prefuse box	*BA54.15-P-1004-01J
7	Unscrew screws/bolts (9) and remove rear prefuse box (6) from bracket (10)
8	Remove rear prefuse box (6) from trunk
9	Install in the reverse order
