Remove/Install Roller Sun Blind On Panoramic Sunroof - AR77.21-P-0205LC

REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove headliner   AR68.30-P-4300LC
2 Remove roller sun blind motor (7)   AR77.21-P-0491LC 
3 Unscrew screw (3) from end stop (2) of guide rail (4.1) and remove end stop (2) If end stop (2) present.  
4 Unscrew screw of bracket (10) from window airbag and allow window airbag to hang down   AR91.60-P-0693LC
5 Release lower catch hooks (1.1) (arrow a) and slide guide rails (4.1) in the direction of front end (arrow b) as well as at least to frame (arrow c)    
6 Release rear catch hooks (1.2)    
7 Release side catch hooks (1.3)    
8 Pull roller sun blind (1) on left and right below notches (8) (arrow d) and pull out roller sun blind (1) toward rear NOTES
The roller sun blind (1) should not be pulled downward more than slightly beyond the notches (8) (arrow d).
Otherwise the catch hooks on drive cable (1.4 can break off.
IMPORTANT A slight force is required, because the drive cable (5) for the sun blind motor (7) are also pulled out.
The drive cable (5) come out of the side of the drive cable catch hook (1.4) when the sun blind (1) is pulled out.
 
INSTALLING Install     
9 Attach drive cables (5) to drive cable catch hooks (1.4) (arrow g)    
10 Insert roller sunblind (1) with drive cable (5) into panoramic roof IMPORTANT Side catch hooks (1.3) are in contact with frame and must be carefully pushed back (arrow e).
Otherwise the roller sun blind (1) cannot be positioned correctly.
 
11 Engage rear catch hooks (1.2) and side catch hooks (1.3) IMPORTANT Ensure that roller sun blind (1) is positioned correctly in relation to notches (8).  
12 Slide guide rail (4.1) on roller sunblind steel strip (11) until an audible click is heard. IMPORTANT Ensure that roller sunblind steel strip (11) is inserted on both sides into guide rail (4.1).  
13 Slide guide rail (4.1) for roller sunblind steel strip (11) up to end stop in direction of roller sunblind (arrow f) IMPORTANT Guide rail (4.1) must arrest in lower catch hook (1.1).  
14 Manually slide and engage roller sunblind (1) to position of drive cable sliders (12) IMPORTANT The position of drive cable sliders (12) should correspond to approx. 4/5 of opened roller sunblind (1).  
15 Install window airbag brackets (10)   AR91.60-P-0693LC
16 Screw in screw (3) to end stop (2) of guide rail (4.1) and install end stop (2) If end stop (2) present.  
17 Install roller sun blind motor (7)   AR77.21-P-0491LC 
18 Install headliner   AR68.30-P-4300LC
19 Synchronize panoramic roller sun blind with diagnostic system and perform teach-in run for automatic reversing function
