	Remove/install
1	Remove respective front seat (1).		AR91.10-P-1000S
2	Remove cover (2).	Feed wire cable (6) through the cover (2).
3	Remove nut (3).	Replace nut (3). Nut for guide (belt buckle/belt anchor fitting tensioner)	*BA91.40-P-1003-01T
4	Unscrew bolt (4).	Bolt for guide (belt buckle/belt anchor fitting tensioner)	*BA91.40-P-1002-01T
5	Remove holder (5) and unhook wire cable (6) from guide.	Ensure that the wire cable (6) is seated correctly in the guide.
6	Remove screw (8).	Clean screw (8) and associated threaded hole of thread locking adhesive residue. Moisten screw (8) with screw locking varnish, Loctite 241.

7	Unclip electrical connectors (9).	Dismantling tool	Fig 1
8	Disconnect electrical connections (9).
9	Pull seat belt buckle with transverse pipe tensioner (7) out of transverse pipe of seat adjustment unit.	If the triggering mark (arrow A) on the wire cable (6) is not visible, the seat belt buckle with transverse pipe tensioner (7) must be replaced.
10	Install in the reverse order
	Check
11	Check Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) using vehicle diagnosis system.
