Remove/Install Front Seat Backrest Padding - AR91.10-P-0003S

	Remove/install
1	Remove front seat.		AR91.10-P-1000S
2	Remove head restraint.		AR91.16-P-0040S
3.1	Remove front multicontour seat/dynamic seat control unit.	Model 223 with code 432 (Dynamic seats left and right)	AR91.25-P-1900S
3.2	Remove control unit for front seat lumbar support.	Model 223 with code U22 (Lumbar support adjustment)	AR91.25-P-1910S
4	Unhook shackles (arrows) of outer cover from seat backrest frame.	Extraction hook	Fig 3
5	Unhook outer cover from seat backrest frame all the way round.	Dismantling tool	Fig 1
6	Unhook outer cover in area of side airbag.	Dismantling tool	Fig 2
7	Remove electrical connectors (2) and disconnect.
8	Expose electrical wiring harnesses of electrical connectors (2).
9	Expose pneumatic lines at spring element.	Model 223 with code 432 (Dynamic seats left and right)
10	Unhook springs (3) and remove seat backrest padding with outer cover (1) together with spring element.	The spring element, seat backrest padding and outer cover (1) are connected to each other via staple wires on the outer cover (1) and fastening points on the spring element.
11	Remove outer cover (1) from seat backrest.	When replacing the seat backrest padding.
			AR91.18-P-1820S
12	Install in the reverse order
