| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Release bracket (1) and remove hose (2) | ||
| 2 | Slightly spread bracket (arrows B) using suitable tool and expose hose (2) at left hinge of engine hood | ||
| 3 | Release locks (arrows A), swivel out spray nozzles (3) towards bottom and place to one side together with hose (2) | ||
| 4 | Detach paneling (4) on left side until bracket (5) is accessible | AR88.00-S-2792E | |
| 5 | Remove cable tie at bracket (5) | ||
| 6 | Detach bracket (6) | ||
| 7 | Remove grommet (7) towards air/water duct | ||
| 8 | Remove retaining clips (8) from left fender liner (9) | For damage ↓ Replace corresponding retaining clip (8) |

| 9 | Push left fender liner (9) to one side until windshield washer system pump (M5/4) is accessible | ||
| 10 | Disconnect electrical connector (10) | Model 447, 448 with code F48 (Heated windshield washer system) | |
| 11.1 | Disconnect hose (2) at windshield washer system pump (M5/4) and seal connection at windshield washer system pump (M5/4) with suitable stop plugs | Model 447 except code F48 (Heated windshield washer system) | |
