Remove/Install Trim At C-Pillar - AR68.30-S-4490E

Model 447.7, 448.7 

With Code V23 (Interior trim, premium version)

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Take off cover (1) If installed.  
2 Unscrew bolt (2) and remove coat hook (3) If installed.  
3 Remove rear curtain from C-pillar paneling (4) Model 447.7
with code T19 (Sliding door left)
with code V23 (Interior trim, premium version)
with code ZH6 (Marco Polo ACTIVITY)		  
4 Remove front and rear curtain from C-pillar paneling (4) Model 447.7
with code V23 (Interior trim, premium version) with code ZH6 (Marco Polo ACTIVITY) except code T19 (Sliding door left)
When removing left C-pillar panel (4).		  
5 Remove C-pillar partition wall Model 447.7
with code D57 (Full-width partition wall on C-pillar
with window)
with code V23 (Interior trim, premium version)		 AR68.74-S-0715EE 
6.1 Unclip C-pillar paneling (4) in lower area (arrows A) and pull out of guide downward at top and remove Model 447.7
with code V23 (Interior trim, premium version)
except code D57 (Full-width partition wall on C-pillar with window)
except code ZH6 (Marco Polo ACTIVITY)

except code ZK7 (Equipment line MARCO POLO)
Model 448.7

When removing right C-pillar paneling (4).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Ensure that window and door frame seal are seated correctly.

6.2 Unclip C-pillar paneling (4) in lower area (arrows A) and front (arrows B) and pull out of guide downward at top and remove Model 447.7

INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that window and door frame seal are seated correctly.

6.3 Unclip C-pillar paneling (4) in lower area (arrows A) and pull out of guide downward at top and remove Model 447.8

When removing right C-pillar paneling (4).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that window and door frame seal are seated correctly.
SPECIAL TOOL Long wedge		 Fig 1
6.4 Detach C-pillar paneling (4) from upper mount and remove Model 447.8
with code ZK7 (Equipment line MARCO POLO)
When removing left C-pillar panel (4).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Position C-pillar paneling (4) at bottom of C-pillar and press upper shackle into mount.		  
    Ensure that window seal is seated correctly.

6.5 Unclip C-pillar paneling (4) in lower area (arrows A) and pull out of guide downward at top and extend front and rear curtain rod Model 447.7
with code V23 (Interior trim, premium version) with code ZH6 (Marco Polo ACTIVITY) except code T19 (Sliding door left)
When removing left C-pillar panel (4).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Ensure that window seal is seated correctly.

6.6 Unclip C-pillar paneling (4) in lower area (arrows A) and pull out of guide downward at top and extend rear curtain rod remove Model 447.7

When removing right C-pillar paneling (4).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Ensure that window and door frame seal are seated correctly.

6.7 Unclip C-pillar paneling (4) in lower area (arrows A) and pull out of guide downward at top and extend rear curtain rod remove Model 447.7

INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Ensure that window and door frame seal are seated correctly.

6.8 Unscrew bolts (6) and remove C-pillar paneling (4) Model 447.7
with code D57 (Full-width partition wall on C-pillar with window)

IMPORTANT serve assembly position of C-pillar paneling (4).		  
7 Prepare C-pillar paneling (4) for installation Model 447.7
with code V23 (Interior trim, premium version)
with code ZH6 (Marco Polo ACTIVITY)
When replacing C-pillar paneling (4).		 AR68.30-S-0111-01E 
8 Install in the reverse order
