	Remove
1	Remove rear wheel.		AR40.10-P-1102A
2	Remove shock absorber from spring link (2).		AR32.25-P-0110FRX
3	Tension rear axle spring (1).		AR32.20-P-0202-06FRX

		Tensioning device	Fig 3
4	Release spring seat (5) and remove.
5	Remove rear axle spring (1) from spring link (2).	Pay attention to installation position.
6	Mark installation position of rear axle spring (1) relative to upper clamping plate and lower clamping plate using suitable adhesive strips.	Do not use a touch-up paint pen because the rear axle spring (1) is color-coded.
7	Relieve rear axle spring (1).
	Check
8	Check rear axle spring (1) for paint damage.	When reinstalling rear axle spring (1). In the event of a problem, ↓ Repair paint damage using a black touch-up paint pen.
9	Check plastic shims (3) with spring seat (4) and spring seat (5) for damage.	: Make sure that plastic shims (3) (arrows b, c) and spring seat (5) (arrows d) are correctly seated. When replacing rear axle spring (1), the spring seat (5) must be replaced. The spring seat (4) must be replaced with a spring seat (4) with a notch. In the event of a problem, ↓ Replace plastic shims (3) with spring seat (4) or spring seat (5).
	Install
10	Transfer markings to new rear axle spring (1) using previously-applied adhesive strips.	When replacing rear axle spring (1).
11	Tension rear axle spring (1).		AR32.20-P-0202-06FRX
		Tensioning device	Fig 3
		Clamping plates	Fig 2
12	Position rear axle spring (1) in spring link (2).
13	Attach spring seat (5) to spring link (2).	Helper required.
14	Relieve rear axle spring (1).	Ensure correct seating of spring seat (4) and spring seat (5) (arrow e) relative to rear axle spring (1).
15	Attach shock absorber to spring link (2).		AR32.25-P-0110FRX
16	Attach rear wheel.		AR40.10-P-1102A
	Check
17	Check and correct headlamp adjustment.	When replacing components.
