| 1 | Pull seat backrest padding (4) of the rear center seat backrest (7) upwards (arrow). | ||
| 2 | Pry out longitudinal wire (6) with a suitable tool while applying pressure from below from the crash hook (5). | ||
| 3 | Remove rear mobile phone cradle control unit. | Model 290 with code 224 (Individual rear seats) with code 287 (Through-loading feature) with code 898 (Wireless telephone charging in rear passenger compartment) |

| 5 | Open armrest cover and remove insert. | ||
| 6 | Remove screws (2). | ||
| 7 | Remove rear cover on center console (1). | AR68.20-P-2358FRX | |
| 8 | Remove screws (3). | ||
| 9 | Disconnect electric lines at center console (1). | ||
| 10 | Remove center console (1). | ||
| 11 | Install in the reverse order |
