| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 2 | Remove center console in rear. | Model 290 with code 224 (Rear individual seat design) |

| 3 | Remove armrest cap from the center console (1). | AR68.20-P-2370FRX | |
| 4 | Unscrew nuts (2). | ||
| 5 | Remove screws (3, 4). | ||
| 6 | Disconnect electrical connectors (5) and expose electrical wiring harness (6). | ||
| 7 | Lift center console (1) at rear and remove from instrument panel. | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order |
