	Remove
1	Remove left front axle shaft.		AR33.30-P-0620XGA
2	Pry out radial shaft sealing ring (2) using suitable tool from front axle differential (1).	Do not damage seat of radial shaft sealing ring (2) in front axle differential (1). Otherwise leaks may occur.
3	Clean seat of radial shaft sealing ring (2) in front axle differential (1).	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
4	Check seat of radial shaft sealing ring (2) in front axle differential (1) for damage.	If the seat is damaged, ↓ replace front axle differential (1). Model 463 with engine 176, 177 as of model year 2019	AR33.30-P-0525XGA

	Install
5		Lubricate sealing lip of radial shaft sealing ring (2) with transmission oil.
	Universal hypoid gear oils (specification 235.7)	Replace radial shaft sealing ring (2).	BB00.40-P-0235-07A
6	Use drift to press in radial shaft sealing ring (2) until the drift makes contact with the housing.	Drift punch	Fig 1
7	Install left front axle shaft.	Install bottom center engine compartment lining only after the leak test.	AR33.30-P-0620XGA
8	Check oil level in front axle differential (1) and correct.		AR33.30-P-0010XGA
9	Check front axle differential (1) for leak tightness. Notes on evaluating leakages		AH00.00-N-0011-01A
10	Install bottom center engine compartment lining.		AR61.20-P-1105XG
