| 6 | Remove mounting supports (60). | ||
| 7 | Remove bleed line (3) from cooling module (24). | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 8 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (2) of fan unit (1). | ||

| 10 | Release and disconnect electrical connector of refrigerant pressure sensor (B12). | AR83.30-P-5430XGA | |
| 11 | Remove coolant hoses (4, 8, 25, 26). | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 12 | Remove cooling module (24) from crossmember (27) and remove in upward direction. | ||
| 13 | Remove elastomer bearings (28) with bracket from cooling module (24). | ||
| 14 | Check elastomer bearings (28) for damage. | If damage is present, ↓ Replace elastomer bearings (28). |

| 15 | Check elastomer bearings in crossmember (27) for damage. | If damage is present, ↓ replace elastomer bearing. |
|
| 16 | Install in the reverse order. |
