	Remove/install
1	Remove left charge air cooler	Engine 176 in model 463 up to model year 2019	AR09.41-P-6827MNF
		Engine 177 in model 205	AR09.41-P-6827MNA
2	Remove charge air cooler	Engine 176 in model 463 up to model year 2019	AR09.41-P-6827MNF
		Engine 177 in model 205	AR09.41-P-6828MNA
3	Remove lower low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir (2)		AR09.41-P-0001MNA
4	Unclip wiring harness (3) from bracket (4)	Engine 177 in model 205
5	Unscrew screw/bolts (6) and remove bracket (4)	Bolt, lower charge air cooler bracket to thermostat/crankcase	*BA09.41-P-1007-01X
6	Unclip engine wiring harness from bracket (8)	Engine 177 in model 205
7	Detach refrigerant line (9) at bracket (8)	Engine 177 in model 205
		Bolt, refrigerant line bracket to charge air cooler bracket	*BA83.30-P-1010-01Q
8	Remove screw/bolts (10) and place bracket (8) to one side	Bolt, lower charge air cooler bracket to thermostat/crankcase	*BA09.41-P-1007-01X
9	Unlock coolant hoses (11, 12, 13) and detach from coolant thermostat (14)		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
10	Disconnect electrical connection (15)
11	Detach left charge air hose between left ATL and left charge air cooler	Bolt, clamp for charge air hose to charge-air distributor	*BA09.41-P-1002-01X
12	Detach bracket of coolant circuit feed line on right ATL		AR20.20-P-1100MNA
13	Detach coolant circuit feed line on right ATL and place to one side		AR20.20-P-1100MNA
14	Unclip purge line (17) on bracket of the vent line (16)
15	Detach bracket for vent line (16) on coolant thermostat (14)
16	Detach bracket of vent line (16) on crankcase
17	Detach vent line (16) on crankcase and remove	Install new sealing rings.
18	Remove screw/bolts (18) and take off coolant thermostat (14)	Replace seal from coolant thermostat (14).
		Bolt, thermostat housing to crankcase	*BA20.10-P-1002-01ZA
19	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
20	Perform an engine test run, check engine cooling system for proper operation and leaktightness
