Insert centering pin (3) into centering bores on left and right | WF58.50-P-7720-01A | |
| Install | |||
| 9 | Coat slide shoes on left and right with lubricating paste | Synthetic grease, sliding roof 500 g, DB supply specification 6827.60 | *BR00.45-Z-1004-06A |
| 10 | Insert tilting/sliding roof panel (4) from above | ||
| 11 | Screw on nuts (2) of tilting/sliding roof panel (4) on left and right | ||
| 12 | Pre-tension tilting/sliding roof panel (4) with assembly pliers | Fig 2 | |
| 13 | Tighten nuts (2) of tilting/sliding roof panel (4) on left and right, and remove assembly pliers | ||
| 14 | Fully open tilting/sliding roof | ||
| 15 | Coat slide rails (1) on left and right with lubricating paste, and install | Synthetic grease, sliding roof 500 g, DB supply specification 6827.60 |
