	The high voltage used for electric welding presents a lethal hazard. Risk of explosion  from welding in areas close to highly inflammable materials. Risk of injury  from weld splatter and UV-light when welding. Risk of poisoning  from inhaling welding gases	Use insulating mats. Wear protective clothing, safety glasses and a protective mask. 1	Prepare all workshop equipment and commercially available tools required for repair	See GOTIS for workshop appliances and commercially available tools
2	Remove all detachable parts in repair area
3	Cover all detachable parts remaining in the vehicle with a fire-resistant tarpaulin
4	Cut off firewall paneling (2) at the top	Remove upper firewall	AR62.25-P-1200-01G
5	Prepare upper firewall paneling (2) for installation	Prepare new upper firewall	AR62.25-P-1200-02G
	Install
6	Install upper firewall paneling (2) and weld in	Install upper firewall	AR62.25-P-1200-03G
7	Clean weld joints and sheet metal flange with round wire brush
8	Clean repair areas
9	Prime repair area using primer filler
10	Seal seam following repairs	White sealing compound, 310 ml, DBL 6069.20	*BR00.45-Z-1003-01A
11	Paint repair areas and adjacent surfaces
12	Add cavity preserving agent	Cavity preservation (free of solvents), 1 liter	*BR00.45-Z-1003-05A
13	Remove tarp	On all covered parts remaining in vehicle.
14	Install all detachable parts in area to be repaired
