	Remove
1	Remove AIR BODY CONTROL compressor (A9/1)		AR32.22-P-2001LWO
	Check
2	Check bracket for AIR BODY CONTROL compressor (A9/1)	If threaded rods (1) exhibit damage or galling ↓ Replace bracket for AIR BODY CONTROL compressor (A9/1)	AR32.22-P-2009LWO
	Disassemble
3	Press elastomer bearing (3a) out of eyelet on AIR BODY CONTROL compressor (A9/1)	The elastomer bearing (3a), the washer (3b), the stop buffer (3c), the protective sleeve (3d) and the compression spring (3e) must be replaced. Otherwise knocking and thumping noises can occur.
	Assemble
4	Insert elastomer bearing (3a) into eyelet on AIR BODY CONTROL compressor (A9/1)	The raised section of the elastomer bearing (3a) must face downward.
5	Place washer (3b) on elastomer bearing (3a)
6	Slide stop buffer (3c) onto protective sleeve (3d)	The outer lip of the stop buffer (3c) must enclose the washer of the protective sleeve (3d) around its entire circumference (arrow).
7	Mount push spring (3e) onto protective sleeve (3d)
	Install
8	Install AIR BODY CONTROL compressor (A9/1)		AR32.22-P-2001LWO
