WARNING Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray.
Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.
Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

REMOVING Remove     
1 Slowly open cap of Low Temperature circuit coolant expansion reservoir and remove   AR09.41-P-0001MND 
2 Remove lower center and rear Engine compartment paneling   AR61.20-P-1105LWE
  Drain off     
3 Detach coolant hose (2) on the Low Temperature circuit cooler (11) and drain off coolant IMPORTANT Collect coolant in a suitable container. AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
4 Mount coolant hose (2) on Low Temperature circuit cooler (11)   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
  Pour in     
5 Add coolant and bleed Low Temperature circuit   AR20.00-P-1142-04A
    FLUID SPECIFICATION Cooling system *BF20.00-P-1001-02BA 
    SPECIAL TOOL Test cap Fig 2
    SPECIAL TOOL Cooler vacuum filling device Fig 4
    SPECIAL TOOL NTKL Adaption Fig 1
    SPECIAL TOOL Electric vacuum pump Fig 3
INSPECT Check     
6 Check Low Temperature circuit for leaktightness   AR09.41-P-1011MND 
WARNING Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when Engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the Engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
7 Perform an Engine test run and check Low Temperature circuit cooling system for proper function    
INSTALLING Install     
8 Remove lower center and rear Engine compartment paneling   AR61.20-P-1105LWE
