Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m) | ||
| 2 | Remove upper Engine cover | ||
| 3 | Remove right Engine air intake duct | ||
| 4 | Slowly open and remove cap (1) | ||
| 5 | Suction coolant out of Low Temperature circuit expansion reservoir (4) | Fig 1 | |
| 6 | Detach coolant hose (2) from Low Temperature circuit expansion reservoir (4) and catch escaping fluid in a suitable container | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 7 | Turn Low Temperature circuit expansion reservoir (4) in the direction of the arrow and lift | ||
| 8 | Detach coolant hose (3) from Low Temperature circuit expansion reservoir(4) and catch escaping fluid in a suitable container | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 9 | Remove Low Temperature circuit expansion reservoir (4) upwards | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
