	Remove
1.1	Remove brake caliper with brakepads from front axle and fasten with attached lines free of tension to the vehicle.	Model 238, 4-piston fixed-caliper brake When removing front brake disk (2). Model 238.361/461, 4-piston fixed-caliper brake	AR42.10-P-0070FRB
		Model 238 (except 238.361/461) 4-piston fixed- caliper brake	AR42.10-P-0070LWQ
1.2	Remove front brake caliper support.	Model 238, 1-piston floating caliper brake When removing front brake disk (2).	AR42.10-P-0222LWO
2	Remove rear brake caliper support.	When removing rear brake disk (2).	AR42.10-P-0221LWO
3	Unscrew safety screw (1) and remove brake disk (2).
	Install
4	Clean contact surface (3) and interference fit (4).	Do not use sharp-edged or pointed objects. Otherwise the contact surface (3) and interference fit (4) will be damaged. Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
5	Lightly grease interference fit (4) of brake disk (2).	Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DBL 6879.20	*BR00.45-Z-1005-06A
6	Position brake disk (2) and tighten safety screw (1)	Replace safety screw (1). Safety bolt, rear axle brake disk to flange	*BA42.10-P-1001-06J
		Locking bolt, brake disk of front axle to wheel hub	*BA42.10-P-1002-06J
7	Install brake caliper support at rear.	When installing rear brake disk (2).	AR42.10-P-0221LWO
8.1	Install brake caliper support at front.	Model 238, 1-piston floating caliper brake When installing front brake disk (2).	AR42.10-P-0222LWO
8.2	Install brake caliper.	Model 238, 4-piston fixed-caliper brake When installing front brake disk (2). Model 238.361/461, 4-piston fixed-caliper brake	AR42.10-P-0070FRB
