	Remove/install
1	Drain off Low Temperature circuit coolant.	: Only install lower Engine compartment lining after leak test.	AR09.41-P-6834MSA
2	Release and disconnect pressure and temperature sensor electrical connector upstream of the throttle valve (B28/26) and place electric line to one side.	: Do not install upper Engine cover until after the leak test.	AR09.41-P-2011MSA
3	Release screw (17) and clamp (16) and remove charge air hose (18).	Engine 256.9 in model 213, 238, 257, 290 with code M016 (Uprated Engine) : Replace clamp (16). Replace O-ring. Screw, charge air line to additional compressor	*BA09.41-P-1006-01MRT

5	Remove front noise insulation from Engine.
6	Release and disconnect intake camshaft Hall sensor electrical connector (B6/15).		AR15.12-P-2146MSA

9	Remove bleed line from coolant hose (13) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs and place to one side.

11	Release and disconnect electrical connector (15) and place electric line to one side.

27	Remove charge-air distributor (9) and seal openings with clean rags.	: Install new seals of the charge-air distributor (9) and throttle valve actuator (M16/6) on charge air pipe.
28	Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6) from charger-air distributor (9).	When the charge-air distributor (9) is replaced.	AR07.51-P-1404MSA
29	Remove pressure and temperature sensor downstream of throttle valve (B28/27).	When the charge-air distributor (9) is replaced.	AR09.41-P-2012MSA
	Clean
30	Clean sealing surfaces of cylinder head and charge-air distributor (9).	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
31	Install in the reverse order.
	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when Engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the Engine while it is being started or when it is running. 32	Carry out Engine test run and check Engine for proper operation and leak tightness.
