Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Remove/install
1	Remove charge-air distributor.	: Do not install upper Engine cover until after the leak test.	AR09.41-P-8683MSA
2	Remove bolts (3).	M6X1	*BA00.10-P-1002-04A
		Screw, feed line/return line to additional compressor	*BA09.50-P-1002-02MRT
3	Remove coolant return line (4r) and coolant feed pipe (4v) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.	: Replace O-rings. Record plug	Fig 2
4	Release and disconnect electrical connector (2), unclip electric line.
5	Release and disconnect electrical connector (12), unclip electric line.
6	Remove holder (13).	Screw, charge air distributor support to crankcase	*BA09.41-P-1015-01MRT
7	Unscrew screw (9) from timing case.	Screw, charge air line to timing case	*BA09.41-P-1004-01MRT
8	Unscrew the screws (8).	Screw/bolt, additional compressor to crankcase	*BA09.50-P-1001-02MRT
9	Remove electric additional compressor (M60/1).
10	Install in the reverse order.
11	Read out and delete fault memory.

	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when Engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the Engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
12	Carry out Engine test run and check Engine for proper operation and leak tightness.
13	Install upper Engine cover.		AR01.10-P-2405MSA
