| 1 | Remove upper engine cover | ||
| 2 | Remove left and right engine air intake duct upstream of air filter | ||
| 3 | Drain coolant at radiator | AR20.00-P-1142W | |
| 4 | Detach coolant hose (2) on low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir (1) and place to one side | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 5 | Detach coolant hose (5) on radiator | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 6 | Unclip cable for engine hood opening on cold air intake (7) and place to one side | ||
| 7 | Remove screw/bolts (6) and remove cold air intake (7) | ||
| 8 | Unclip coolant hose (4) and place to one side | ||
| 9 | Release and disconnect electrical connection at fan unit (3) | ||
| 10 | Unclip electrical line for fan motor at fan unit (3) |

| 11 | Unclip air duct segment (8) on fan unit (3) | ||
| 12 | Remove fan unit (3) upwards | ||
| 13 | Install in the reverse order | ||

| 15 | Check low-temperature circuit engine cooling system for leak tightness | AR09.41-P-1010RKA | |
