	Remove
1	Deactivate anti-theft alarm system (ATA)	The anti-theft alarm system is deactivated when the central locking is open.
2	Detach ground line of on-board electrical system battery		AR54.10-P-0003LF
3	Remove fender liner in front left fender		AR88.10-P-1300LF
4	Remove drainage channel (1)
5	Remove fluid reservoir		AR83.30-P-6520LFA
6	Remove expansion valve		AR83.30-P-5520LFA
7	Disconnect electrical connector (4) from alarm siren (H3/1)
8	Unscrew nuts (3)
9	Unclip line bracket (5) of alarm siren (H3/1) from bracket (2)
10	Remove alarm siren (H3/1) with bracket (2)
	The high voltage used for electric welding presents a lethal hazard. Risk of explosion  from welding in areas close to highly inflammable materials. Risk of injury  from weld splatter and UV-light when welding. Risk of poisoning  from inhaling welding gases	Use insulating mats. Wear protective clothing, safety glasses and a protective mask. Remove highly inflammable materials from the hazard area. Use air extraction system.	AS00.00-Z-0007-01A
11	Screw on commercially available nuts on threaded pins of alarm siren (H3/1) and weld with two tack weld points with anti-theft nut (6)
	000 588 02 84 00 Welder		WS60.00-P-0022K
12	Unscrew commercially available nut together with theft-proof nut (6)
13	Remove alarm siren (H3/1)
	Install
14	Position alarm siren (H3/1) on bracket (2) and fasten in place with new anti-theft nut (6)	Nut, horn to body	*BA80.50-P-1001-01D

15	Install bracket (2) with alarm siren (H3/1)
16	Clip in electric line from alarm siren (H3/1) with line brackets (5) on bracket (2)
17	Screw in and tighten nuts (3)
18	Connect electrical connector (4) to alarm siren (H3/1)
19	Install expansion valve		AR83.30-P-5520LFA
20	Install the fluid reservoir		AR83.30-P-6520LFA
21	Attach drainage channel (1)
22	Install fender liner in front left fender		AR88.10-P-1300LF
23	Connect ground line for on-board electrical system battery		AR54.10-P-0003LF
