	Remove/install
1	Remove center and rear lower engine compartment lining.	Transmission 725.0 in model 213, 238 with engine 264 Transmission 725.0 in model 213, 238 with engine 654	AR61.20-P-1105LWE
		Transmission 725.0 in model 257 with engine 264 : Only install center and rear lower rear engine compartment paneling again after leak test.	AR61.20-P-1105FR
2	Detach oil lines (2, 3) from oil cooler (1).		AR27.10-P-0501-03LF
		Record plug	Fig 3
3	Seal openings in oil cooler (1) using suitable stop plugs.	Record plug	Fig 3
4	Pinch off coolant hoses using pinch-off pliers.	Commercially available devices/tools  Pinch-off pliers
5	Remove coolant hoses at oil cooler (1).		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
6	Seal connections of coolant hoses at oil cooler (1) with protective covers.	Set of protective caps	Fig 2
7	Seal coolant hoses with protective covers.	Set of protective caps	Fig 2
8	Remove screws (4) of oil cooler (1) and remove oil cooler (1).	Bolt, oil cooler to transmission	*BA27.55-P-1018-01D
9	Install in the reverse order.

12	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Perform engine test run and check oil lines (2, 3) and oil cooler (1) for leak tightness.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
