| 1 | Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit | AR09.41-P-6834MND | |
| 2 | Remove left charge air pipe | AR09.41-P-1327MND | |
| 3 | Remove right charge air pipe | AR09.41-P-1326MND | |
| 4 | Loosen clamp (5) | ||
| 5 | Remove coolant hoses on coolant connections (2) | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 6 | Remove vent line (4) on charge air cooler (3) | ||
| 7 | Release and disconnect electrical connection at charge air temperature sensor (10) | ||
| 8 | Release and disconnect electrical connection at pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (11) | ||
| 9 | Unclip retaining clamp (1), pull charge air cooler (3) to the front and to the left side of vehicle and remove upwards | ||
| 10 | Close off openings of the charge air cooler (3) with protective covers | When reusing the charge air cooler (3). | |
