| 1 | Remove upper engine cover | ||
| 2 | Remove left engine air intake duct upstream of left air filter | ||
| 3 | Unscrew screw/bolt (4) and remove bracket (6) | ||
| 4 | Remove screw/bolt (3) | ||
| 5 | Loosen clamp (2) | ||
| 6 | Detach left charge air pipe (1) from left ATL and from boot (5) and remove | ||
| 7 | Seal openings on left ATL and charge air cooler with protective cover | Fig 2 | |
| 8 | Check boot (5) and clamps (2, 7) for damage | If damage is present ↓ Replace boot (5). |

| 9 | Remove protective covers from openings of the left ATL and the charge air cooler | Fig 2 | |
| 10 | Replace the sealing ring on left ATL | ||
| 11 | Remove left charge air pipe (1) on left ATL and on boot (5) | ||
| 12 | Tighten clamp (2) | ||
| 13 | Tighten screw/bolt (3) | *BA00.10-P-1002-01A | |
| 14 | Position bracket (6) and tighten screw/bolt (4) | *BA09.41-P-1006-01R | |
| 15 | Install left engine air intake duct upstream of left air filter | ||
