Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

Remove cable duct of the engine wiring harness. |

Remove fuel filter and swivel out of working area. |
Do not remove fuel hoses. |

Disconnect electrical connection (13). |

Remove holder (2). |
To do this, remove screws/bolts (3). |

Remove coolant hoses (4, 5, 6) from connection fitting (1). |

Open clamp (8) on connection fitting (1) and push back onto coolant hose (7). |

Remove screws (24, 25, 26). |

Remove connection fitting (1). |
To do this, lift connection fitting (1) and pull out coolant hose (7). |

Check clamp (8) and coolant hose (7) for damage. |
In the case of damage,

Replace clamp (8) or coolant hose (7). |

Install |

Install connection fitting (1). |
Do not use lubricant or liquid seal. Leaks and damage may occur otherwise.
Install new sealing ring (11) on connection fitting (1). |

Screw in screws (24, 25, 26). |
Screw in screw/bolts (24, 25, 26) and their tighten in the numerical sequence.

Observe marking on coolant hose (7).

Attach coolant hoses (4, 5, 6) to the connection fittings (1). |

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. |
