| 1 | Remove left front lamp unit (2). | AR82.10-D-4733TS | |
| 2 | Release electrical wiring harness (3) of the diesel injection system control unit (4) and place to one side. | ||
| 3 | Remove bolts (5). | ||
| 4 | Disconnect electrical connector (6) of fill level sensor. | ||
| 5 | Unclip washer fluid line (7) of windshield washer system at front from the guide in the washer fluid reservoir (1). | ||
| 6 | Unclip washer fluid line of windshield washer system at rear from the guide in the washer fluid reservoir (1). | Model 907 with code W78 (Window in tailgate or hinged rear door with wipe/wash system) |

| 7 | Remove pump (8) from washer fluid reservoir (1). | ||
| 8 | Guide washer fluid reservoir (1) upwards out of elastomer bearing (9). | ||
| 9 | Check elastomer bearing (9) and seal of pump (8). | If there is a problem, ↓ Replace elastomer bearing (9) or seal of pump (8). |

| 10 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| 11 | Correct fluid level of windshield washer system. | ||
