Remove/Install Front Lamp Unit - Ar82.10-D-4733TS

	Remove/install
1	Commission left or right front lamp unit (3) using vehicle diagnosis system.	Model 907 with code LG7 (LED high-performance headlamps) If the left or right front lamp unit (3) is replaced.
			AD00.00-D-2000-06TS
		: Note content of data matrix code located on left or right front lamp unit (3).
2	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m).
3	Disconnect electrical connector (1).
4	Unclip hood cable (2) from front lamp unit (3) (arrow).	If the left front lamp unit (3) is removed.
5.1	Remove front bumper in area of lamp unit (3).	If the left or right front lamp unit (3) is removed individually.	AR88.20-D-2000TS
5.2	Remove front bumper.	If the left and right front lamp unit (3) are removed together.	AR88.20-D-2000TS
6	Mark position of front lamp unit (3) relative to radiator crossmember (4).
7	Remove bolts (5) and take off front lamp unit (3).	: Before tightening bolts (5), align front lamp unit (3) with markings.
8	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
9	Check and correct headlamp adjustment.		AR82.10-D-1131TS
10	Attach retaining cap of setting screw for low beam height adjustment.	Model 907 with code ZU7 (National version for Canada) with code ZU8 (National version for USA) If not installed.
