	Risk of fire and explosion caused by ignition of window washing fluid or antifreeze and their vapors. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing window washing fluid or antifreeze or inhaling their vapors. Risk of injury or physical irritations caused by contact of window washing fluid or antifreeze with eyes, mucous membranes or skin.	Wear protective clothing and tight-fitting safety glasses. No open flames, fire or ignition sources. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and skin. When working with window washing fluids or antifreeze, do not eat, drink, or smoke. Do not inhale vapors and ensure sufficient ventilation in the working area. Store window washing fluid and antifreeze leakfree in safely closed original containers and out of the reach of children. 	Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism.	When working on the windshield wiper mechanism, always switch off the ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m).	AS82.30-Z-0001-01A
	Check windshield wiper
1	Check condition of wiper rubbers on windshield and rear window.	If necessary, ↓ Replace wiper rubbers. After obtaining special order.
2	Check windshield wipers on windshield in all switch positions.	If a defect is found, ↓ Determine cause and rectify fault. After obtaining special order.
3	Check windshield wipers on rear window in all switch positions.	With CODE W78 (Window in liftgate or hinged rear door with wiper and washer system) If a defect is found, ↓ Determine cause and rectify fault. After obtaining special order.
	Check windshield washer system
4	Check windshield washer system on windshield for proper operation.	The windshield washer fluid pump and windshield wiper must switch on at the same time. If a defect is found, ↓ Determine cause and rectify fault. After obtaining special order.
5	Check spray nozzle on windshield.	The windshield washer fluid must spray onto the windshield ahead of the windshield wiper. When the vehicle is stationary, it is normal for the windshield washer fluid to spray out to the side and over the roof. This is necessary in order to ensure that sufficient windshield washer fluid also hits the windshield when the vehicle is traveling at high speed. If a defect is found, ↓ replace the windshield wiper. After obtaining special order.
6	Check windshield washer system on rear window for proper operation.	With CODE W78 (Window in liftgate or hinged rear door with wiper and washer system) The windshield washer fluid pump and windshield wiper must switch on at the same time. If a defect is found, ↓ Determine cause and rectify fault. After obtaining special order.
7	Check setting of spray nozzles on rear window.	With CODE W78 (Window in liftgate or hinged rear door with wiper and washer system) The washer fluid must not spray over the roof or beyond the sides of the vehicle. If necessary, ↓ Correct setting of spray nozzles using suitable tool.
