Remove/Install Digital Tachograph (DTCO) - Ar54.61-D-0008TS

	Remove
1	Download stored data of digital tachograph (2) using workshop card.	If the digital tachograph (2) is replaced. After completion of repair work, hand over the downloaded data to the vehicle owner.
2	Insert suitable disassembly clips (1) into bores in housing of digital tachograph (2) and push in as far as the stop.
3	Pull digital tachograph (2) out of device installation frame (3) using disassembly clips (1).
4	Remove disassembly clips (1) from digital tachograph (2).
5	Disconnect electrical connectors (4) on reverse side of housing of digital tachograph (2).
6	Remove digital tachograph (2).
7	Remove tachograph sensor.	Model 907 with code J4V (Pre-installatior for EU intelligent tachograph) or with code JD6 (EU intelligent tachograph) If the digital tachograph (2) is replaced. The tachograph sensor can only be connected once to the digital tachograph (2) (teach-in).	AR54.61-D-5505TS
	Install
8	Install new tachograph sensor.	Model 907 with code J4V (Pre-installation for EU intelligent tachograph) or with code JD6 (EU intelligent tachograph) If the digital tachograph (2) was replaced. The tachograph sensor can only be connected once to the digital tachograph (2) (teach-in).	AR54.61-D-5505TS
9	Connect electrical connectors (4) on reverse side of housing of digital tachograph (2).
10	Insert digital tachograph (2) into device installation frame (3) and press in until it latches noticeably into place.
	Check
11	Perform tachograph inspection.	If the digital tachograph (2) was replaced. Observe national legal requirements for tachograph testing.
