	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A

	Remove
1	Remove lower engine compartment lining.		AR61.20-D-1105TS
2	Expose electrical connector (1), release and disconnect.	Model 907 The electrical connector (1) is located in a feed-through grommet on the left underbody.
3	Expose electrical wiring harness (2) of tachograph sensor (4).
4	Remove lead seal (3).	The lead seal (3) is irreparably damaged during removal.
5	Remove screw of tachograph sensor (4) and remove tachograph sensor (4).
6	Remove sealing ring from tachograph sensor (4).
	Clean
7	Clean bore of tachograph sensor mount (4) on transmission.
	Install
8	Apply light coating of grease to new sealing ring and install on tachograph sensor (4).	Long-life grease	*BR00.45-Z-1001-06A
9	Install tachograph sensor (4).
10	Screw in screw of tachograph sensor (4).
11	Fit new lead seal (3).	If the tachograph sensor (4) was not replaced.
12	Route electrical wiring harness (2) of tachograph sensor (4) according to line routing, and fix in place using cable ties.	Do not kink electrical wiring harness (2) and check it is routed without any chafing. This prevents damage.
13	Connect electrical connector (1).	Model 907 Seal feed-through grommet on underbody using cable tie.
	Check
14	Perform tachograph inspection.	If the tachograph sensor (4) was replaced. Observe national legal requirements for tachograph testing.
	Install
15	Fit new lead seal (3).	If the tachograph sensor (4) was replaced and a tachograph inspection was performed.
16	Install lower engine compartment lining.		AR61.20-D-1105TS
17	Attach new sealing plate with current printout.	Contact surfaces must be fully free from dust and grease. Otherwise, a sufficient degree of adhesion cannot be assured. Make absolutely sure that the installation position is correct when sticking it on. After sticking on the sealing plate, it is no longer possible to move it. Remove old sealing plate. Attach sealing plate in clearly visible area on driver's side seat base. Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
18	Enter new serial number of tachograph sensor (4) in Vehicle Documentation (VeDoc).	If the tachograph sensor (4) was replaced.
