| 1 | Slowly open cap of engine cooling system coolant expansion reservoir and remove | ||
| 2 | Remove front and center lower engine compartment paneling | AR61.20-P-1105LF | |
| Drain off | |||
| 3 | Slide suitable drain hose onto drain fitting (3) | ||
| 4 | Open drain valve (4) on engine cooling system cooler (1) and drain off coolant into a suitable container | Only open the drain valve (4) until coolant flows out. Otherwise damage will occur on drain valve (4) and on engine cooling system cooler (1). |

| 6 | Remove the coolant hose (2) on engine oil cooler in the right wheel arch and drain off coolant into a suitable container | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
