Remove/install crank window in front door - AR72.10-P-1900NKC

DANGER Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof. No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving. AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove outer sealing rail (4)   AR72.10-P-1700NKC 
2 Roll up crank window (1) completely    
3 Remove door lining (2)   AR72.10-P-1000NKC 
4 Glue on adhesive tape (3), as shown, parallel to window guide rail (5) on crank window (1) Only when reinstalling old crank window (1).
IMPORTANT Adhesive tape (3) serves as installation aid for faster adjustment of crank window (1).
 
5 Remove inner sealing rail (6) NOTES Carefully lift inner sealing rail (6) out of bead on inner door panel.
Otherwise the inner sealing rail (6) can bend and must be replaced.

6 Remove rubber grommets (7, 8)    
7 Remove bolt (9)    
8 Loosen bolt (10) until crank window (1) can be removed from front door IMPORTANT Do not unscrew bolt (10) completely.  
9 Remove crank window (1) from front door NOTES Carefully remove crank window (1) from front door.
Otherwise the paint can be damaged.
 
10 Place crank window (1) down on suitable base    
11 Unlock catch hook (B) and remove crank window mount (12) from crank window (1) When replacing crank window (1).  
INSTALLING Install     
12 Install crank window mount (12) on crank window (1) When replacing crank window (1).
IMPORTANT The wedge shim (12.1) on the crank window mount (12) must be centered in relation to the mount (12.2) (arrow C). Ensure that the tapping plate (12.3) is seated correctly in the inner mount (12.2).
 
13 Install crank window (1) in front door and insert into mounts of power window NOTES Carefully insert crank window (1) into front door.
Otherwise the paint can be damaged.
 
14 Push crank window (1) toward front until adhesive tape (3) makes contact parallel to window guide seal (5) Only when reinstalling old crank window (1).  
15 Tighten bolts (9, 10) to stop finger-tight IMPORTANT Tighten bolts (9, 10) after basic setting of crank window (1).  
16 Moisten rubber element on inner sealing rail (6) with lubricant Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 l *BR00.45-Z-1010-06A 
17 Move inner sealing rail (6) behind crank window (1), position flush with window guide seal (5) and install on bead of inner door panel IMPORTANT Ensure that rear shaped parts of inner sealing rail (6) is seated correctly in inner door panel.
IMPORTANT Assemble front shaped part of inner sealing rail (6) when installing outer sealing rail (4) on inner door panel.
 
18 Adjust crank window (1), correct if required   AR72.10-P-1960NKC 
19 Remove adhesive tape (3) Only when reinstalling old crank window (1).  
20 Install outer sealing rail (4)   AR72.10-P-1700NKC 
IMPORTANT When installing outer sealing rail (4), it is not necessary to lower the crank window (1).  
21 Install rubber grommets (7, 8)    
22 Install door lining (2)   AR72.10-P-1000NKC
