| Disassemble/assemble | |||
| 2 | Remove heat exchanger. | Model 293 | AR83.25-P-1100EQ |

| 3 | Unscrew bolts (4). | ||
| 4 | Release retaining tabs (5) and locks (6) and remove air distribution housing (1) from evaporator housing (3). | ||
| 5 | Remove bolt (7) from recirculated air housing (2). | ||
| 6 | Disconnect electrical connector (8) and place electrical wiring harness to one side. | ||
| 7 | Remove screws (9, 10) of air recirculation housing (2). | ||
| 8 | Remove recirculated air housing (2) from evaporator housing (3) and place to one side. | ||
| 9 | Remove screws (11). | ||
| 10 | Remove upper part of evaporator housing (3) and place to one side. | ||
| 11 | Assemble in the reverse order. | ||
| Install | |||
