| 2 | Detach plastic mount (1) and remove seal (2) from coolant lines (3) | ||
| 3 | Disconnect electrical connector (4) at left blend air flap actuator motor (M2/8) and place electrical wiring harness to one side | ||
| 4 | Disconnect electrical connector (4) at rear blend air flap actuator motor (M2/10) and place electrical wiring harness to one side | Model 205, 213, 253 with code 581 (Automatic air conditioning) | |
| 5 | Remove screws/bolts (5) and remove actuator unit with rear blend air flap actuator motor (M2/10) | Model 205, 213, 253 with code 581 (Automatic air conditioning) | |
| 6 | Remove screws/bolts (6) and remove left blend air flap actuator motor (M2/8) | ||
| 7 | Remove screw/bolts (7) | ||
| 8 | Detach retaining tabs (8) and remove heat exchanger (9) | ||
| 9 | Detach retaining clips (10) and remove coolant lines (3) from heat exchanger (9) | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order |
