1	Completely open Vario roof
2	Check adjustment of rear shelf main flap (2), correct if necessary	The side flaps (1) can only be adjusted when the rear shelf main flap (2) is correctly adjusted.	AR77.30-P-6341W
3	Check transition (B) from side flaps (1) to rear shelf main flap (2) with straight edge.	The side flaps (1) should be flush with the rear shelf main flap (2) or max. 1 mm deeper.
4	Check transition from side flaps (1) to roll bar paneling (3) with straight edge.	The side flaps (1) should be flush with the roll bar paneling (3) or max. 1 mm deeper.
5	Check alignment of side flaps (1) to roll bar paneling (3) and rear shelf main flap (2)	The joint gaps (A) should be parallel to one another and not deviate by more than 1 mm over the entire length	*BE77.30-P-1013-01A

6	Switch on ignition and open trunk lid by actuating the Vario roof soft top switch. Leave ignition switched on.	The Vario roof should stop moving when the rear shelf main flap (2) is positioned vertically and before the Vario roof starts to close. The trunk lid opens toward rear.
	Adjust
7	Loosen bolts (4) until spacers (5) can be removed or inserted.
8	Adjust transitions (B, C) by removing or inserting spacers (5). Tighten bolts (4) until spacers (5) are fastened and the side flap (1) can still be moved
9	Adjust position side flap (1) on side flap mount (6) by moving side flap (1)	The joint gaps (A) should be parallel to one another and not deviate by more than 1 mm over the entire length	*BE77.30-P-1013-01A

10	Tighten bolts (4)
11	Check adjustment, repeat if necessary
