	Remove/install
1	Remove upper Engine cover.	Engine 178 in model 190 (except 190.381) Do not install upper Engine cover until after the leak test.
2	Remove left throttle valve actuator (M16/60).	Only install lower Engine compartment paneling after leak test.	AR09.41-P-1330MNB
3	Release and disconnect electrical connectors (8, 9).
4	Unclip wiring harness (14) from left charge-air distributor (15).	Dismantling tool	Fig 3
5	Remove screws (18).	Tightening procedure	AR09.41-P-8683-01MNA
		Observe tightening procedure.
		Bolt, charge air distributor to cylinder head	*BA09.41-P-1004-01X
6	Pull out left charge-air distributor (15) a little.
7	Remove bleed line (22) at left charge-air distributor (15).
8	Remove purge line (23) at left charge-air distributor (15) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.	Record plug	Fig 4
9	Remove left charge-air distributor (15).	Replace seals and wet with lubricant.

10	Install in the reverse order.
	Finishing activity
	Risk of burn injuries , suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust.	Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. Use the extraction system. Move people out of the hazard area.	AS49.00-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when Engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the Engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
11	Perform Engine test run. While doing so, check Engine for proper operation and leak tightness.
