| 1 | Move driver seat and passenger set toward front to end position | ||
| 2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m) | ||
| 3 | Release rear wall paneling in area of top right side | AR68.30-P-4750RG | |
| 4 | Remove C-pillar trim on right | AR68.30-P-4490RG | |
| 5 | Remove bolts (1) | ||
| 6 | Loosen cover (2) from the side trim on the right of the trunk (3) in the direction of the arrow and place to one side | It must be ensured that the electric lines are not stretched or kinked. In order to prevent damage. |

| 7 | Release and disconnect electrical connector from HERMES antenna (4) | ||
| 8 | Lift retaining springs (5) upwards with a suitable tool and slide HERMES (4) antenna in the direction of the arrow | ||
| 9 | Rotate HERMES antenna (4) through 90° and remove | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order |
