| 1.1 | Fully open the soft top and move rear header bow (1) to assembly position by actuating soft top control switch | If rear header bow (1) is removed without front header bow (3). |

| 1.2 | Fully open soft top, move front header bow (3) and rear header bow (1) to assembly position | If front header bow (3) is removed. |

| 2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m) | ||
| 3 | Fully cover B-pillar under working area with a suitable protective cover | ||
| 4 | Mark installation position of front header bow (3) and rear header bow (1) on front hinge leaf (5) and rear hinge leaf (6) | Markings that cannot be removed remain subsequently visible. |

| 5 | Apply markings on screw heads of screws (2 and 4) | ||
| 6 | Unscrew screw (2) and remove rear header bow (1) | ||
| 7 | Unscrew screw (4) and remove front header bow (3) | ||
| Install | |||
| 8 | Position front header bow (3) on front hinge leaf (5) and manually slightly tighten screw (4) | ||
| 9 | Position rear header bow (1) on rear hinge leaf (6) and manually slightly tighten screw (2) | ||
| 10 | Adjust front header bow (3) and rear header bow (1) | AR77.33-P-1023RGR | |
| 11 | Remove markings on front hinge leaf (5) and rear hinge leaf (6) | ||
| 12 | Remove protective cover | ||
| 13 | Close soft top |
