| 9 | Check position of left and right front header bow (1) to respective roll bar | ||
| Adjust transitions (A, B) | |||
| 10 | Fully cover B-pillar under working area with a suitable protective cover | ||
| 11 | Detach counternut (8) | ||
| 12 | Detach ball head (9) | ||
| 13 | Adjust transitions (A, B) by turning ball head (9) on threaded rod (10) | ||
| 14 | Attach ball head (9) | ||
| 15 | Tighten counternut (8) | ||
| 16 | Switch on ignition | ||
| 17 | To check the transitions (A, B), close front header bow (1) and rear header bow (2) by actuating soft top control switch | ||
| 18 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m) | ||
| Adjust gap dimensions (C) | |||
| 19 | Mark installation position of rear header bow (2) on setting screws of rear header bow (7) and screw for rear header bow (4) | Markings that cannot be removed remain subsequently visible. |
