	Remove
1	Remove side trim in rear on left and right and position it forward	The seat belt must not be removed.	AR68.30-P-4780RGR
2	Remove left and right cover (3)	Keep magnetic tool away from stowed and locked soft top sensor (S84/24) installed in left rear soft top lock (1). Otherwise malfunctions can occur on the soft top put down and locked sensor (S84/24).

3	Detach lower soft top compartment trim (4) and position it backwards	Only unfasten lower soft top compartment trim (4), do not fully remove.
	Adjust
4	Unscrew screw (2), wet screw (2) with thread lock and slightly manually tighten	Cover soft top canvas at front soft top edge using a dry cloth. The soft top canvas can otherwise be damaged or soiled when removing the screws (2). Keep magnetic tool away from stowed and locked soft top sensor (S84/24) installed in left rear soft top lock (1). Otherwise malfunctions can occur on the soft top put down and locked sensor (S84/24). Only tighten screw (2) to the extent that rear soft top lock (1) can still be moved.
		Quick-acting adhesive, Loctite 270	*BR00.45-Z-1008-02A
5	Adjust rear soft top lock (1) by moving
6	Actuate soft top control switch in open direction until soft top is fully in contact with rear soft top locks (1)
7	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m)
8	Tighten screw/bolt (2)	Cover soft top canvas at front soft top edge using a dry cloth. The soft top canvas can otherwise be damaged or soiled when tightening the screws (2). Keep magnetic tool away from stowed and locked soft top sensor (S84/24) installed in left rear soft top lock (1). Otherwise malfunctions can occur on the soft top put down and locked sensor (S84/24).
		Bolt, rear mount to side drive flap	*BA77.33-P-1001-02D
	Install
9	Secure lower soft top compartment trim (4)
10	Install left and right cover (3)	Keep magnetic tool away from stowed and locked soft top sensor (S84/24) installed in left rear soft top lock (1). Otherwise malfunctions can occur on the soft top put down and locked sensor (S84/24).
11	Install side trim in rear on left and right		AR68.30-P-4780RGR
