| 2 | Lower side window of driver's door. | The side window of the driver's door must be lowered. Otherwise the panorama roof frame (10) can be pressed outward by the air pressure if the doors are closed during the curing time. |

| 3 | Determine height of the front glass cover (1) relative to the windshield (3) and note. | Figure | ||
| 4 | Determine height and gap dimension of the rear glass pane on the panoramic roof (5) relative to the rear roof paneling (9) and note. | Figure | ||

| 6 | Unclip left and right drip rail on the panoramic sliding sunroof from the retaining tabs and clamps starting at the rear and remove. | Figure | ||

| 8 | Cut off plastic frame (2) from front glass cover (1) with a suitable knife. | |||
| 9 | Fold sealing lip upward at the windshield (3) and fix in place with suitable fabric tape (12). | |||
| 10 | Cut off plastic frame (6) from the rear glass pane on the panoramic roof (5) with a suitable knife. | |||
| 11 | Cover side roof paneling (9) with shields. | Figure | ||
| 12 | Mask off roof paneling (9) at the rear to the plastic frame (6) with suitable fabric tape (8). | |||
| 13 | Insert cutting wire (11) using a pull-in device through the adhesive bead of the panorama roof frame (10). | |||
| 14 | Attach suction lifters to the outside of the panorama roof frame (10). | |||
| 15 | Cut out panorama roof frame (10) with cutting wire (11) and remove from vehicle. | |||
