Remove/Install Roller Sun Blind On Panoramic Sliding Roof - AR77.21-P-0215EW

MODEL 166, 212 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof)

	Remove/install
1	Open front roller sun blind (1) and rear roller sun blind (2)
2.1	Loosen headliner (3)	MODEL 212.0/1 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) Lay headliner (3) down onto front seats with lines connected.	AR68.30-P-4300EW
2.2	Remove headliner (3)	MODEL 166 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) MODEL 166 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) with CODE Z05 (B5 armoring on special protection version)	AR68.30-P-4300GQS
		MODEL 166 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) without CODE Z05 (B5 armoring on special protection version)	AR68.30-P-4300GQ
3	Unhook rail (8) from front roller sun blind (1) out of roller sun blind coupling (6) by turning in direction of arrow (arrow A) on both sides. Then hook rail (8) into carrier (4) as shown in figure A
4	Unhook rail (8) from front roller sun blind (2) out of roller sun blind coupling (7) by turning in direction of arrow (arrow B) on both sides. Then hook rail (8) into carrier (4) as shown in figure A
5	Unscrew bolts (5) and remove carrier (4) with front roller sun blind (1) and rear roller sun blind (2)	MODEL 212.0/1 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) Carefully remove carrier (4). Headliner (3) can be damaged. MODEL 212 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) Front roller sun blind (1) and rear roller sun blind (2) are delivered completely with carrier (4) as replacement part. MODEL 212.0/1 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) Helper required.
6	Remove rail (8) from carrier (4) and turn front roller sun blind (1) until retainer (10) can be installed through holes in roller sun blind shaft (9) and bracket (11)	MODEL 166 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) with CODE Z05 (B5 armoring on special protection version) MODEL 166 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) without CODE Z05 (B5 armoring on special protection version) Insert retainer (10) for front roller sun blind (1) into right side.
7	Install retainer (10) through holes in front roller (1) sun blind shaft (9) and bracket (11)	MODEL 166 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) Use steel wire or needle with a diameter of approx. 1.2 mm as retainer (10). The retainer (10) ensure that the tension for the front roller sun blind (1) is maintained for approx. 16 to 18 rotations. This spring tension can be restored when lost.
8	Remove rail (8) from carrier (4) and turn rear roller sun blind (2) until retainer (10) can be installed through holes in roller sun blind shaft (9) and bracket (11)	MODEL 166 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) Insert retainer (10) on rear roller sun blind (2) into left side.
9	Install retainer (10) through holes in rear roller (2) sun blind shaft (9) and bracket (11)	MODEL 166 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) Use steel wire or needle with a diameter of approx. 1.2 mm as retainer (10). The retainer (10) ensures that the tension for the rear roller sun blind (2) is maintained for approx. 16 to 18 rotations. This spring tension can be restored when lost.
10	Unscrew bolt (12) on right from carrier (4) and remove front roller sun blind (1)	MODEL 166 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof)
11	Unscrew bolt (12) on left from carrier (4) and remove rear roller sun blind (2)	MODEL 166 with CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof)
12	Install in the reverse order
