Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 2	Remove the left engine air intake duct
3	Remove left front fender		AR88.10-P-1000GW
4	Remove upper radiator crossmember		AR62.30-P-2300GW
5.1	Remove engine hood catch	Model 463 as of model year 2013 up to model year 2015	AR88.40-P-3200GW
5.2	Remove left engine hood lock	Model 463 as of model year 2016 up to model year 2019	AR88.40-P-3200GWA
6	Remove purge valves	Model 463 as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019	AR47.30-P-8252GW
7	Remove heater unit	Model 463 as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019 with code H12 (Auxiliary heater)	AR83.70-P-5302GW
8	Slowly unscrew cap on coolant expansion reservoir, relieve overpressure and then remove cap	Model 463 as of model year 2016 up to model year 2019 The coolant temperature should be approx. 40°C.
9	Detach safety clips (3) and separate coolant hose on heater (5)	Model 463 as of model year 2016 up to model year 2019
10	Remove heat shield (4)	Model 463 as of model year 2016 up to model year 2019
11	Remove traction system hydraulic unit		AR42.45-P-0817GW
12	Remove engine hood cable	Model 463 as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019	AR88.40-P-2629GW
13	Remove coolant line from power steering system	Model 463 (except 463.322/323) as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019	AR46.25-P-3010GW
14	Remove bracket (1) on coolant line from bracket on traction system hydraulic unit
15	Detach lower engine compartment paneling	Model 463 as of model year 2016 up to model year 2019 Model 463.234 as of model year 2016 up to model year 2019 with code ZQ0 (G 500 4x42 )	AR61.20-P-1105GWX

16	Remove lower radiator crossmember (6)
17	Remove alarm siren (H3/1) from anti-theft alarm system
18	Disconnect electrical connector from left horn (H2) and right horn (H2/1)	Model 463 as of model year 2013 up to model year 2015
19	Pull lines out cable boot (7)
20	Remove vacuum reservoir (8)	Do not kink the vacuum line (9). Otherwise the function of the vacuum system is impaired.
21	Extract hydraulic fluid from power steering expansion reservoir	Suction off hydraulic fluid may not be used again. Hand pump	-
22	Remove power steering pump hydraulic liquid reservoir (10) from wheel well paneling (2)
23	Unclip electrical wiring harness and hose lines (12) fro cable tie (13)
24	Disconnect electrical connector on left front brake wear display sensor (X88/14)	Model 463 as of model year 2016 up to model year 2019
25	Unscrew bolt (14) from wheel well paneling (2) on frame	Bolt, body to frame	*BA60.80-P-1002-01A
26	Remove bolt for low temperature cooler on wheel well paneling (2)
27	Remove left front wheel arch ground point (W3)	Model 463 as of model year 2016 up to model year 2019
28	Remove screws/bolts (15)
29	Unscrew nuts (16)
30	Remove coolant hoses below brake booster
31	Guide electrical wiring harness and hose lines (12) through cable grommet (17) and remove wheel well paneling (2)
32	Install in the reverse order
