	Remove
1	Remove right high-pressure line		AR07.03-P-1002MNE
		Only install upper engine cover after the leak test.
2	Remove right air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1152MNE
3	Remove right low-pressure line from cylinder head cover and fuel system high-pressure pump		AR07.03-P-1121MNE
4	Disconnect engine wiring harness		AR01.20-P-5012-01MNE
5	Remove vent line (2) from cylinder head cover
6	Remove soundproofing for rail (4)
7	Remove brackets (11)
8	Mark fuel injectors of cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4) relative to respective cylinder	On reuse of fuel injectors of cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4).
		On reuse of fuel injectors of cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4), they must be inserted in the cylinder in which they were previously fitted. Engine damage will occur otherwise.
9	Remove bolt (1)	Unscrew screws (1) alternately by half a revolution in each case. Start in the center of the rail (4) and work outward. Otherwise, damage to the rail (4) will occur.
10	Remove rail (4) from fuel injectors of cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4), and seal connections with suitable stop plugs	Record plug	Fig 2
11	Pull fuel injectors of cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4) out of cylinder head, and seal injector shaft holes with suitable stop plugs		AR07.03-P-0004-03MM

12	Check fuel injectors of cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4) for external damage, and replace if necessary	On reuse of fuel injectors of cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4).

13	Clean fuel connections at fuel injectors of cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4)		AR07.03-P-1010-04MM
		If fuel injectors of cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4) are replaced, they must be installed immediately after removing transport protection caps. Leaks can occur otherwise. For cleaning the fuel connections, hold downwards. Otherwise, failure of fuel injectors of cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4) occurs.

17	Install fuel injectors of cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4) in rail (4), and fasten with new brackets (11)	On reuse of fuel injectors of cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4), they must be inserted in the cylinder in which they were previously fitted. Engine damage will occur otherwise.
18	Read off injector injection quantity adjustment coding on fuel injectors of cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4) and note	On replacing fuel injectors of cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4).
19	Install rail (4) with fuel injectors of cylinders 1 to 4 (Y76/1, Y76/2, Y76/3, Y76/4) into right cylinder head
