| 1 | Remove air filter housing | AR09.10-P-1150MRH | |
| 2 | Remove the brackets (4) | *BA09.41-P-1003-01ZA | |
| 3 | Release and disconnect throttle valve actuator electrical connection (M16/6) | ||
| 4 | Unclip the electrical lines from the charge air distributor (1) | ||
| 5 | Remove the purge line (3) including purge valve from the charge air distributor (1) | ||
| 6 | Remove the bleed line (2) from the charge air distributor (1) | ||
| 7 | Unlock and disconnect the electrical plug connection for the pressure and temperature sensor downstream of the throttle valve (B28/27) | AR09.41-P-2012MRH | |
| 8 | Unlock and disconnect the electrical plug connections (6) and unclip the electrical cable from the charge air distributor (1) | ||

| 10 | Disassemble and remove the charge air distributor (1) including throttle valve actuator (M16/6) from the charge air line (5) | ||
