| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove engine air intake duct upstream of air filter. | ||
| 2 | Remove bracket of charge air cooler from timing case cover. | AR09.41-P-6817MRH | |
| 3 | Remove brackets (2). | *BA09.41-P-1003-01ZA | |
| 4 | Remove left charge air line and place to one side with lines connected. | ||
| 5 | Release electrical connector (1) and disconnect. | ||
| 6 | Unclip electric line from throttle valve actuator (M16/6). | ||
| 7 | Remove screws (3) and remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6). | ||

| 8 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| 9 | Read out and delete fault memory. | ||
