Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 1 | Remove the engine cooling system cooler. | AR20.20-P-3865MRH | |
| 2 | Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit. | AR09.41-P-6834MRH | |
| 3 | Remove cold air duct (2). | ||
| 4 | Unclip condenser from radiator mounting brackets (3) and secure against falling down with lines connected. | Engine 264 in model 213, 238 | AR83.30-P-6540LWO |

| 5 | Remove coolant hose (4) from cooler (1). | AR09.41-P-1311-01AL | |
| 6 | Remove coolant hose (8) from cooler (1). | AR09.41-P-1311-01AL | |
| 7 | Remove bolts (5). | ||
| 8 | Remove mounting frame bows (7). | ||
| 9 | Remove brackets (6) and remove cooler (1) with radiator mounting brackets (3). | ||
| 10 | Remove radiator mounting brackets (3) from cooler (1). | When replacing cooler (1). | |
| 11 | Install in the reverse order. |
