	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
	Remove
1	Remove front glass roof from panoramic roof		AR77.21-P-0500NKA
2	Remove glass sliding roof seal (2) in area of roller sun blinds (1) from panoramic roof frame guide rail (3)
3	Unclip roller sun blind cover (4) in area of catch hooks (5) and remove
4	Unclip left and right bracket (6) with suitable screwdriver and remove
5	Check version of installed roller sun blind (1)
	Bearing on roller sun blind on panoramic sliding roof changed	MODEL 117 as of 4/1/13, 176 as of 4/1/13 with CODE 413 (Panoramic glass roof with top sliding roof) The bearing (9) on the new version of roller sun blind (1) in area (arrow C) on the panoramic roof guide rail (3) is solid. Roller sun blind (1) with modified bearing (9) can be removed without damage.	BT77.21-P-0215-01NKA
6	Cut roller sun blind (1) on left and right side (arrow A) as shown	Only on old version of roller sun blind (1). Always replace roller sun blind (1) after removal. Only the new version of the roller sun blind (1) is supplied for replacement.
7	Release the left and right catch hooks (7) downward one after another through the cuts in the roller sun blind (1) and push the left and right roller sun blind guide rails (8) forward against the stop	Only on old version of roller sun blind (1).
8	Unlock catch hook (12) (arrows B) and catch hook (13) on bearing (9) and remove roller sun blind (1) from panoramic roof guide rail (3)	On left and right side of roller sun blind (1).
9	Remove front cover from panoramic sliding roof	Only on old version of roller sun blind (1).
	Screen at front on panoramic sliding sunroof changed		BT77.21-P-0750-01NKA
			AR77.21-P-0100NKA
		Replace front cover on panoramic sliding roof in cover of new version. If the roller sun blind (1) does not function properly.
	Install
10	Install front cover on panoramic sliding roof	Only if the old version of the roller sun blind (1) is installed.

		Only the new version only the cover is supplied for replacement.
11	Adapt roller sun blind guide rail (8) to modified roller sun blind (1)	Only if the old version of the roller sun blind (1) was installed.

		Synthetic grease, sliding roof 500 g, DB supply specification 6827.60	*BR00.45-Z-1004-06A
12	Position new roller sun blind (1) with left and right roller bearing (9) on panoramic roof guide rail (3)
13	Clip left and right bearing (9) into panoramic roof guide rail (3)	Insert guide (11) into cutout on panoramic roof guide rail (3).
14	Insert guide lugs (10) into roller sun blind guide rails (8) on both sides of roller sun blind (1)	Ensure that guide lug (10) is seated on both sides grooves of corresponding roller sun blind guide rail (8). If the roller sun blind (1) does not function properly.
15	Push roller sun blind (1) uniformly toward front until brackets (6) can be installed
16	Install bracket (6)	Replace damaged bracket (6).
17	Install roller sun blind cover (4)
18	Install glass sliding roof seal (2) on flange of panoramic roof guide rail (3)
19	Install front panoramic roof glass roof		AR77.21-P-0500NKA
